Because of my big interest in English History, especially in Tudor History (therefore my nickname Lady Anne according to Lady Anne Boleyn, one of the most famous women in history), I decided to join this magnificent website. Now I`m planning to visit Great Britain again, hopefully in April and in September, and to visit places like Hever Castle, Hampton Court and others. And I hope to get helpful suggestions for this vecation trips. If anyone has an idea, how to get from London to Chiddingstone, I would appreciate your help. Best regards by now Simone

I cannot help with your problem sorry as I am not from the London area, I am from the West Midlands. I love Tudor history too. I have never been to Hampton Court but it is one of the places I would love to visit. Pembroke Castle is very interesting - it is the birthplace of Henry Tudor and also Bosworth Field where he became king. I also love Kenilworth Castle where Eilzabeth I visited Robert Dudley. |
