Lyn was cremated today. The funeral took place at 12 noon at The Vale crematorium, Luton, Bedfordshire.

I was supposed to be there but my bad health stopped me. I am so cut up about it. I have known Lyn for the three years that I have been here at POE. We became good friends and kept in touch via email as well as on another site. I loved her as a dear friend and will miss her terribly.

Rest in peace Lyn. I will never forget you my friend.

Rest in peace dear Lyn.

Right now my prayers are with her family and the friends here on POE who loved her so much.

A light in our lives has gone out. Lyn was such a lovely lady and obviously touched many people's hearts along her way.

I only know of her boys from what she told me but they must be so proud of her.

Happy memories.

As many of Lyn’s friends may already know Lyn died from a twisted bowel, a direct result of the crohn’s disease that she suffered so bravely and without any fuss or complaint. Her family have decided to support the charity NACC (National Society for Colitis and Crohn’s Disease) should any of her friends wish to support the cause or just find out more information the link is http://www.nacc.org.uk/content/home.asp
