Just found site and would like to introduce myself.  name is Mondami, I am in USA, state of Ohio.  3/4 of my ancestry is England with a bit of Wales thrown in.  I have been to England twice, Scotland once.  My interests are traveling, genealogy, photography and gardening among other things.

I work in city government, possibly will retire in 4 years when I reach 65.  I look forward to reading here, may not post as often as would like due to this pesky full time job that is currently a requirement for me.

Thanks for the welcome.  It's Karen... Mondami is what I put for user name at log in registration, thus I thought I had to use that.

I am so happy to have found this website, not only for the pictures and information, for the forums and networking with others.  I have a lot of reading to do.

Yes James, that would be Dean Martin from Steubenville.  I was born and raised not far from there, have never been.  At one time there were a lot of potteries there.  Dean Martin was great singer wasn't  he?

That would be an interesting read and will look for it at the library.  James, perhaps if your wife got interested in some places here that she would like to see, then she will want to make the trip with you.
