Hi There Everyone From Alexandria

Yep, I'm new and very excited that I found you all.  My earlier years of childhood were spent growing up in Northern California and I am now living in So. Oregon many years later.  At present I am attending university to obtain my bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies and have recently updated my passport as I will be moving to England fall of 2011.  As a new hobby I am slowly getting into the geneology thing and have started searching for my great grandmothers family, she was from or near the village of Hornby and I remember visiting the Tatham Fells in the 80's.  Her surname is Tatham.  Horses are my love and both of my horses are presently in the state of Pennsylvania while I finish up with my classes.  Someone asked me once where in England I wanted to settle.  I quickly responded with the north.  With all of your beautiful photos, I have set my destination in concrete!  Am thrilled that there are so many wonderful photographers sharing their fabulous art.  I do not have a camera with the high scoped lenses.  Thank you all for sharing.  I look forward to meeting you all some day, in person.

Thank you Cathyml, Anna and Ron for your warm welcomes...I truly do look forward to using this site.  It's hard to pull myself away but the day is getting older and I have to do a few chores before I sit down with the school books.

I look forward to seeing you joining in the forums whenever you are able to.  It's lots of fun! As well as all the gorgeous photos of course.
