Karen says hello

Hello Everyone, my name is Karen and I joined last week, I have submitted pictures already and have had loads of very nice comments,Thankyou.  I came across the site while searching for new areas to visit.  My Husband and myself go out every weekend on our motorbike, we have covered so many parts of the country we thought we had run out of places to go, but I now know we were wrong, there is still so much out there to see Thanks to all your lovely photographs. I live in Staffordshire so it's a perfect location to be able to head out in any direction, we have even travelled to Devon and back in a day.  My hobbies are photography, i have no idea of lighting and exposure and all the technical stuff, but I enjoy it,  I also make cards and enjoy gardening and walking, we have 3 rescue ex battery hens and a dog and I am a foster carer for hedgehogs, in the Autumn if they are too weak or young to survive the Winter I look after them and build up their weight ready to release in the Spring, which we did this weekend, 3 released and another to go later. Hope I will be able to pick up some tips and get advice from you to help me improve my photography.

Hi Karen:  Welcome from me too.  I'm so jealous - to be able to ride around England every weekend would be a dream.  Very cool what you do with wildlife too.  Keep coming around - you will love it here.
