I stumbled across this site while looking for old pics of the bere regis area. I was born in hertfordshire but my parents move us to Australia when i was 2yrs old. I had a short visit about 20 years ago to see family and just loved the history. I visited my ggrandparents house (a little cottage in shitterton, bere regis} and vowed I would one day start looking at the family tree. Ive now been at it for a few years. The photos on this site are fantistic, I think im going to enjoy myself here. My favourite: Pictures \| Towns \| Attractions
