Sitting down for a while taking in this beautiful view Dave. The light is amazing.
Splendid- it is one of the reasons the Lakes mean so much to you. I would be surprised if this one does not end up on the Calendar.
Superb shot........... I might have been tempted to pull just a little detail out of the shadows.
I did try Patrick but the added noise that created detracted from the image I felt.
wonderful! must go there again, soon.
Shooting RAW and using Photoshop Camera Raw can get amazing results with detail in shadows without increased noise. Having said that the silhouette created in your shot works well, but the jetty could be improved with the selective brush tool.
