In a converted watermill just 5 minutes’ drive from Hexham, Dilston Mill B&B has a secluded riverside location overlooked by Dilston Castle. With a beautiful waterside garden, its attractive suite and studio have free parking and WiFi. The suite has river views and can accommodate up to 4 guests in a double and twin room, while the studio is suitable for 2 and has a double bed. Both have a kitchenette with a fridge, kettle and toaster, and a dining area. There is also a hairdryer and a shower with complimentary toiletries. The studio has a bath and a shower. A self-serve breakfast is provided, with cooked breakfasts available on request in the private Suite. The pretty town of Corbridge is 1 miles away and has a range of restaurants, cafés and pubs. Hadrian’s Wall and the Corbridge Roman Town are among the area’s attractions, and Kielder Forest Park is around 20 minutes’ drive away. The historic ruins of Dilston Castle are around 10 minutes’ walk from Dilston Mill B&B.
