George Bernard Shaw (writer), Nigel Mansell (driver), Stanley Baldwin (actor), Nigel Kennedy (violinist), King John (king), Michael Ball (singer) They are just a few others of Worcester decent, and I don't even live in the City

As for the others.....I have visited the tomb of King John many times, but he was buried in Worcester, he didn't come from here, Gerge Bernard Shaw was Irish wasn't he? Who is Stanley Baldwin??? Nigel Kennedy is from Malvern....I was trying to be as accurate as possible! I had no idea about Nigel Mansell and Michael Ball....if they are from Worcester it's news to me! |
