You can learn a lot from talking to people from different cultures, instead of been scared of been taken over. There is definately a big element of people just coming over to sponge off us over here, and i agree this really does have to stop, we will sink if not! but we need to be very careful who gets to stop this, its very easy for someone to say, hey...i'll sort your little problem out, but it may be done indiscriminantely, and when its done who else is going to be on the list? anyone whos not blue eyed and blonde haired? We can all help our economy, but most choose not too!! and are happy to shop at the big superstores that sell foreign produce, instead of paying a little more for English produce, which to be honest is usually far superior! phew thats that off my chest!! |

Many of us here in the US have been saying that for years. Jason, it seems that if we moved to another country where English wasn't the first language, we would certainly be expected to conform and learn their language if we wanted to fit in, live and work there. I keep expecting any day now to be told that we all will be required to learn Spanish or another language to accommodate the flood of immigrants to America who don't speak or understand English. |

I say, that my Canadian soldier dad sewed a Jack in his battle dress jacket which accompanied him at Juno Beach and during a POW stint in France...and this very flag.... of England ought to fly! Therefore, let the St. George parades begin! Anna |

Sue, your very right on what your saying. I have no problem with people from other countries coming over here, but to start dictating about our way of life is disrespectful!! I was at work today chatting to a member of staff who was black and i know she wont mind me calling her black, anyway, she voted BMP in the last election. This is what we all need to do to save our country! On the subject of Geert Wilders, all he is doing is standing up for his country like we all should! Did anyone see his film "FITNA"? His film showed the scenes of what the Muslims are doing, no trick photography, just fact, and now he is banned from this country and to top it off, the Muslims want him dead too! Geert Wilders is a legend in my eyes!! |
