Home made lasagne is one of my usual dishes for sundays lunch.....even though I just realized to my unspeakable horror, that I forgot the wine Yell!

I decided to make shepherds pie for todays dinner. Andy reminded me that I havnt made any for a long time. Lashings of cheese and garlic in the mash.

Peter, next time try a half and half mix of potato and sweet potato, mashed together.....obviously with lashings of cheese and garlic. The sweet potato adds a certain something to it.

Great minds eh Andy...and Maria, Lasagne is one of my favourites, and proper Italian Pizza! Not the shop bought ones we get here but PROPER ones. I went to the Isle of Capri and sat outside one of the restaurants and ordered one with Anchovy, boy was that a mistake lol I thoroughly enjoyed it but must have drank a gallon of water for the next few hours, it made me so thirsty! LOL
