As to getting over fears, as a young girl I was afraid to go into places by myself. I didn't like being afraid and so one summer when I was about 12, my mother drove my siblings and I to visit our grandparents some 500 miles away. I told my mother before we started the trip that if there was a need to stop and ask for directions or to purchase items etc., that I wanted to be the one to do it by myself. By the end of that trip I was no longer afraid to go into places by myself. Having said that I have a few that I have yet to conquer: Spiders Bugs of ANY kind Open heights |

I was a shy kid, but managed to overcome that, still can be a little shy at times though |

Jason...good point...facing fears! And interesting fear...phoning people! What exactly do you fear about that? My hair issues.. I have no idea how that happened. I never liked hair! Even as a child I would not play with dolls..especially Barbies!! If I see a stand of hair anywhere I get the heebie jebbies!! and Jason..ha ha!! Be nice or I'll make you call someone!!! LOL!!! That's a recent fear. I'll also afraid to sleep in silence!! Must have the TV on at night!
