So every month I used to stop at a crossing, stop the engine and throw the keys out of the window. I was so laid back that the next time I went I thought "it wasn't too bad the last time" and I've never been scared since. I was never scared of injections but always fainted afterwards. Could never understand why. Now I've had so many that I'm quite blase about it now. I had a blood test this afternoon and a giant of a man told me he'd only been doing this for a short while - "Thanks" I thought - but he was the most gentle person I'd ever had do it. |
