Sue I am in agreement with you about GP's; specialist are far better when dealing with certain things because what might look alarming to a GP is old hat to someone who sees it every day. When my GP first mentioned the growth I wasn't worried at all, I just thought, "Oh, it's another one of those." but then she started throwing around that word! |

Its the thing that scares the hell out of us all though, the big C, we are bombarded with it on TV commercials, programs etc... and it just worries people, it becomes like scaremongering by the media, so anytime we get anything wrong with us we jump to the worst conclusion, i'm just as guilty of this to! Like i said take it easy and try not to dwell on it, chances are its nothing. We're all with you anyway for support!! |

I just wish I could snap my fingers and make my problem I have now go away, but its something I have to learn to live with....ho hum such is life, one thing is for sure....I'm never going back to holiday in Northern Cyprus to pick up another virul infection lol Anyway, my thoughts are with you Diana, and I'm sure you'll be ok |

The waiting was horrible but the joy and relief when we found it was not serious can't really be described. Take comfort in the knowledge that this happens all the time and the outcome is nearly always a good one. You will be walking on air! Just in case that's unfamiliar to our American cousins......ecstatically happy!! |

I think this shows inexperience on her part. I'm sure everything will be alright but I know it will be difficult now to ease your mind until it's all sorted. Thinking of you! |
