She is so very depressed and hurt as her parents divorce continues on. She is so hurt by the lack of care from her father and his parents. And also the lack of financial support from her father. She is also suffering from a chronic illness creating a lot of stomach pain and nausea. Please, please pray for her. It hurts to see her so unhappy when at 18 she should be on top of the world.  |

The children do seem to feel the lack of care of a parent as a total rejection of them and it does their self esteem so much damage. Even my little grand daughter who was only 11 months at the time her father walked out says she feels totally rejected, that she isn't good enough or not lovable enough, etc. etc. Life can be very difficult, can't it. So as you were there for me, I am here for you Cathy, take care of yourself too! |
