Dip in melted butter then in bread crumbs, bake for 20 min. The recipe is on the recipe thread. |

If you like roast potatoes and want a little change, these are for you. Before putting the potatoes in the fat you mix veg oil, onion powder, paprika, chili powder, garlic powder. salt and cayenne pepper, then roll the potatoes in that mixture and plonk in the heated fat. |
