They'll probably have sweet and hot Italian, Polish keilbasa, and chorizo.

I like the sweet Italian with grilled onions and peppers, my hubby prefers chorizo.

Oh, we are big chorizo fans here. We have a huge Basque community in our town, and there are places where we can get some killer Chorizos.

I just made a Key Lime Pie.

It's so simple, with only a few ingredients. 1 pint (American) heavy whipping cream, whipped, sweetened condensed milk and Key lime juice (about nine little limes) mix it all together and pour into a graham cracker crust.

No wonder I'm a fatty.

Wow, that recipe sounds simple, Sue  I have something similar. sweetened condensed milk, with a half pint of whipping cream whipped, 1/3 c. lemon juice, 1 t. vanilla and 1/2 t. almond extract.  Mix that all together and put into a bake shell and top with cherry or blueberry pie filling.  Takes 10 minutes and is truuly decadent.

My pie goes into the freezer Ruth.

1 pint of heavy whipping cream, oh, I can't wait to eat it, but I have to wait for noon, as I'm hosting a family ladies luncheon.

I'm a true believer in a little (or big) treat every now and again, even when you're on a diet.

I hope you enjoy your cookies, Catherine. You are doing so well on your diet, that a treat now and again is fine.
