I just made some Chicken Tikka Masala for dinner and it was wonderful.

This is a dish I had in England while I was there, so when I saw a recipe for it I had to try it.

Even my youngest son, the picky eater liked it, and the house smells great.

We're having sausages, chips (proper home made ones, not those awful frozen things Tongue out) egg 'n  baked beans, just to test my culinary skills tonight lol Cool can't stop as i've got to peel me spuds and chip 'em. Catch you all later byeeeeeeeee
