Used to give me a headache working this one out too, but 1 per 5 gallons works pretty good; just be a bit careful when you first sit down though, and for an aromatic version, you might like to add a pinch of garlic.

skip the garlic. can't imagine what happens when you first sit down. hmmmm?

I love that Karen, I had some really tasty smoked haddock/gruyere cheese fish cakes, never tried them before but they were soooo tasty! Fish 'n Chips tomorrow, with salt 'n vinegar of course!..yummyyyyyyy
