Yep--work UK on Honolulu hours. Not quite as warm here though. I'm thinking what I can cobble together for Xmas dinner at work. 1 meal a day and I've put on about 12  pounds in a year, after gaining none in 20..1000 steps a night up/down doesn't seem enough excersise!
