I hope and pray that none of you eat sushi, most fish when raw carry worm eggs in their gut, when cooked the eggs and worms are destroyed, but if eaten raw can transfer to the human organs and survive. The eggs can hatch and worms can live in the body and cause damage. I kid you not.

Had a meal of Octopus years ago with some Italian friends ( it was cooked) and it was delicious Denzil. Maybe Maria will know a recipe ?

Heres a quickie from a  girlfriend of mine.

chicken breast
smear with sundried tomato pesto
wrap in Prosciutto
Place on greased tray
Bake in hot oven for 15 -20 min... serve with steamed vegetables ...... a meal in minutes ..

That sounds good to me Wolf, I love Italian food. I had octopus once, but got put off as they were baby ones and covered in a batter and fried whole. I felt sorry for them ROFL Laughing

I used to feel terrible when I first started farming and had to slaughter and eat my own sheep, some of them had names. But soon got over it and only named my breeding stock in the future years.Frown

Well, we're all part of the food chain, Wolf.  We raised a turkey one year, and I cried my eyes out when Thanksgiving came.  She was delicious though.

Mmm, sounds great, Emma.  I think we're having carnival food tonight - my auntie's church is having their annual fair.  We'll probably have sausage sandwiches, beer and ice cream.
