Even though it's only 11:20 here, I'm about to put some chicken in the crock pot. I'll rub it over with a mixture of Oregano and Basil (or is it Thyme?) then brown it in the pan, transfer it to the crock and cover it in a mixture of lemon juice, garlic and chicken stock. Then tonight about an hour before dinner I'll steam some rice (steamed rice is so much better than boiled) and veg and there you have it, a tasty chicken dinner.
