Better call that surgeon Peter. Better yet I'll just have the fat sucked out and shipped to you express mail! LOL

You should have my primary doctor, he's an "a$$" for helping anyone to lose weight these days...he put me on an "no-diet" to lose weight for my heart condition. I mean that, I have to do it daily, no "dieting"...simply by watching what I eat.  It's very hard to do. It'scontray to my past also. Plus I don't have relatives that are much help that I'm around now also. My cardiologist and I am or have been trying to figure out why my tygyercides, even with his help medically isn't doing the trick. It may be something from the gall bladder operation prior...with enzymes balances...if not even before that, as my primary doctor noticed this problem years before the heart problem showed up. Some of it is "me" and "winter" right now..but there's been things I've been doing that is correct....with no results also. I'm about to send him (cardiologist) in my daily journalling pages. I don't like challenges, and I have/had an friend "Cathy" that likes to challenge people,...I guess it's because Weight Watcher's always said we were individuals and were made to do things differently and "individually"...it is very discouragaging to others when they can't persorm as others do because their body is different in some area...something they constantly stressed to everyone "on program", your your own person. Best gal I had there that saw me to lose 90 pounds was "short" like I was and had many of the same problems as an kid that I had also...as this is an lifetime problem for me bascially. The worst meeting I had joined..was when an lady came in and they had changed the fruit to 5 per day and she said ,Oh good, all I want to do every day is eat, eat, eat!...and you could see she destroyed the entire class that night with her statement, you could see it in their faces...within three weeks they closed it down for lack of members coming back. One reason I'm not to up to snuff with "support groups" in ways. I did the recent weight watcher's routine, the whole diet had to many calories in it for me...after three months on it, I gained weight when I followed it. I liked my counselors though, I found them extraordinary people...I know they are doing much good for others going there. I left it with some really good advice by one of them also. Now if I could just "live" that advice, I'd probably be doing much better these days then I am. Congradulations though, it's not an easy task somedays, and the less you weigh sometimes..the harder it gets to lose..the older you are the harder it is sometimes also, one reason weight watcher's has numerous older people in thier weekly classes just trying to "maintain" some times...we each have to find our own thing that "works" for us.  I see now there has been an new Hispanic incentive for them to lose wieght these days, and that was well over-do for many of them. Beans, rice, and cheese....flour taco's are fattening in the portions to walk away not hungry. My sister in-law that is Itailian, her daughter went to the hospital with bailemia(sp?), because she was afraid she'd look like her Italian mother as she aged, when she was in High School...even now she is "bone thin" to say the least. She married into an family that owns/operates four high tempo (well known) restraunts in Portland and surrounding area's also...like me she now has one son...several of the nieces do now also..just one child...like myself, they were into thier late 20's before having them. It woudl b enice this year to get my wieight down another 50 pounds, but it has to be seen for the effort...not just talked about...on my end of the line.

BTW Wolf, I thank you Aussie's about the recent remark an foreinger made about "Go out and kill an American"..for the "side-kick" thing of the day..in just how do you tell what is an "American"...because they cover the world now in ways in their "ideals" of freedom and "cultural roots" based in other countries. It was well written and greatly appreciated here...particualry by the most "stanch" idealed of older citizens...that strongly beleive in "God" and country.
