I've just embarked in earnest on my quest to finally lose the excess weight that I've accumulated over the past few years due to too much food, too little exercise, hormonal upheavals and stress. I'm finally getting a handle on "eating to live, not living to eat". I'm back in the gym 3-4 days a week, and yesterday my friend and I survived our first session with a trainer. Kicked our bums, I can tell you! But it really feels great to get moving again and knowing that you're doing something that's good for your health and your overall well-being. Makes one feel more alive. So, I want to encourage you to keep up the good work. Your accomplishment is also an encouragement to me. Thanks! |
