You know, i love healthy food, peolpe seem to turn their noses up at, and prefer fried stodgy food, i much prefer light, healthy stuff, i do like to pig out sometimes though!! but i really couldn't do it daily!!  i'm just a freak i guess!! SurprisedTongue out

Coffee is supposed to keep you awake. Not me, I have a cup just before going to bed, and fall asleep strait away. Did you know that there is more caffein in tea than in coffee? I like my coffee strong and black with just a half spoon of sugar. It dont keep me awake.
