Scotch Eggs for Krissy

Hard boil some eggs (depending on how many you want of course)

Get some sausage meat, roll it out to about 1/4" thick

Roll the eggs in some flour (after you have cooled them down under cold water to stop the yolks going black)

Then wrap the sausage meat round them and make sure they are sealed.

Deep fry them until they are golden brown (or I think you may be able to bake them in the oven, but i've not done them that way)

And voila!!! Scotch Eggs Smile

They're yummy Diana, you can eat them hot or cold, I prefer them cold with a bit of salad cream.
