Yes Ruth, my ASL class.

I just spent the last hour or so on the phone with Dell Support when I should have been swotting. Oh well, it's too late now.

By the way, I found it interesting that my Dell Support agent I was talking to was in the Philippines. She was very good, and very friendly.

When I have broadband trouble and need to talk to one of the experts employed by my ISP, I always find myse;f linked to an Indian.  Having said that, they are always most helpful and knowledgeable, which is the only thing that matters when you need help.  And of course, my ISP provides FREEPHONE support!

I did not think I would be here today, we recieved a notification a few days ago about a power cut to facillitate new lines, but we still have power ?

Mind you the notice said that power would be cut from 9:90 am whatever time that is Undecided
