If I see something nice while I'm out I buy it and put it in the cupboard. I can't do Christmas shopping in December as I don't have time with all the tax returns and work to do. I hate crowds so December is a no no for me round the shops! I disagree with shops putting up decorations until December - it spoils the whole spirit of Christmas seeing them in November! |

The rest was up to Santa. We would all wake up early and sneak down to the living room and take a peek. It was like magic. Everything sparkled. The tree was all decorated with pretty wrapped gifts underneath. Santa's cookies were always gone. Lot's of good memories. |

Posts: Joined: 1st Jan 1970 | I put my tree up about a week before Christmas and always take it down Boxing day, I hate the thing, I don't like Christmas much, I don't start my Xmas shopping until December usually. |

Spread the cost out a little...plus I love shopping for other peoples gifts!!!! I dont wrap them until I need to deliver them...I dont like the wrapping bit... I love my christmas tree, it makes the room look lovely...I put it up and shane clears it away after christmas I must admit, last few christmas's havent felt like christmas because I have been working...I work mostly over christmas..and shane has nearly 2 weeks off...its alright for some |
