I know that when I post about my aches and pains and recieve love and support, best wishes and hugs, it makes me feel good, it helps to lift me, and even thought it may not take away the pain, or the problem, it sooths me inside. So please use this thread to share you aches and pains, trips to the Doctor's, the hospitals, and we'll share the love . |

Might well get a huge response!! And Wolf, it's hard to get round to reading all the posts nowadays, so many of them, but hang on in there mate and I hope things work out for your quick recovery. |

You, me, Diana's had her recent scare, Harry who is battling Leukemia, a member I know who no longer posts because of cancer. Little Ollie, Sarah. And not just medical problems, but other problems that can bring us down like Cathy's personal battle. It's good to know when people are behind you either praying of sending hugs and kisses. It's all part of the healing process. |

When I first posted I put Woe is me, but that just didn't sound right. The Balm of Gilead is a Biblical term named after a balm (fragrant ointment or preparation used to heal of sooth) carried by people to heal wounds. I don't know if I should (or even if I can) change the title of this thread. |

If I told all of you the daily things that go on here you would wonder why I haven't commited suicide yet, which has crossed my mind several times. There are only three things keeping me from doing that. My friends on POE, my daughter and my responsibilities concerning her and the most wonderful man I have ever met in my life! His love means more to me than I could ever express in words! I just pray with all my heart I never do anything to lose him or all of you. I do try my hardest to keep things to myself and to be as cheerful as possible. |
