Lol@Shirley. But so true. I will never forget, when I was a train driver, watching a woman walk down the platform. Suddenly her underware appeared round her ankles. She steppedout of them very ladylike, picked them up and put them in her bag. I dont think many people noticed. I was very observant in those days. He he he. Mind you, I dont think I would have noticed either if she wasnt so attractive. Lol

Ok, how come not many of you said the newspaper..don't you read it any more with the internet and all,... I get my daily copy every monring..goes well with the coffee. Heathcliff use to be in the cartoons, and it showed him one day sitting in the fountain, out in front of this huge house, with an punch bowl on his head..and the caption was "Boy does that crazy Shirley ever know how to throw parties!"...I smiled.

Yes, Mick, going back to my opening thread, if we didn't have computers, you couldn't!!  I can easily do without newspapers; the news is so depressing these days and you can't always believe what the tabloids say.  I couldn't do without my radio though - if I turn the television on in the morning, I would want to sit down and watch it - whereas the radio keeps me up to date with the headlines while I get ready for work.  Talking of which........I've been too long on here - same applies!
