Laughter is good excersize as well. You use more facial muscles to laugh than to frown. And not many people know that. LOL

I knew that Peter and I like to give my face a daily work out with laughter even if I do neglect my body a bit, though I'm sure laughter exercises my stomach mussels because it always hurts during a fit of the giggles.
