Rick, if you're self concious about being blond, you can shave your head and rub some chia seeds on it.  They you would look like a chia, but your "hair" wouldn't be blond.  lol

Wonder if any of our friends across the pond know what a Chia is.

My great Aunt Alice bought me a dress when I was 13. It was horrible - it was like a large "little girl's dress" with flower buttons, and ribbons. She insisted I went to get changed into it while we were at the Christmas party at her house to add to my embarrassment and my Mom made me get changed to "be polite". I was a very grown up 13 year old and I looked silly! Guess I should have put that one in embarrassing moments thread as well!

That reminds me of my older sister, we never know what she's going to pull off on us next, but some of her thinking isn't. I had bought this marvelous part leather, part wool coat and as I lost weight asked her if she wanted it, because she's always been an taller/bigger person then I am, and it's an decent $200 coat originally..she told me the other day that she decided she didnt' like the "tweed" in it, so she thought she'd go ahead an "dye" it all black, which she said didn't work to well, it kind of turned out an wavy sort of dark gray color. All I could do was instead of saying that she probably ruined the coat, suggest she take it to an professional dry cleaner. My daughter in-law, is tall and wears an size 8 Jr.dress, and she gives her size 20 clothes to wear, and there is no way she can wear them, she tried to get me to wear clothes four times bigger then I am and I still have weight to lose supposedly and necessary in ways for my medical condition. We just kind of let it "pass us by" most the time. Sometines we can use the material for quiting or other craft needs, like my handmade fabric "fruits" that go in my antique collinder/strainer, but for the most part, we can't wear stuff like that...it's way to big....Here comes the snow again people.
