Most of them were 1700 sq foot range, three bedroom and two bathroom, older, and selling furnished for 1.4 milion(plus)...yea, that's high for what you can get out here, though I must admit, you can get quite an bit of property most the time out here also for the million dollar range.., though we are catching up with Camas, Washington across the River, and million dollar homes (sitting on an fault line) over there due to an computer facilty near by. I understand that "Martha's Vineyard" is quite expensive to locate and live also. Good luck on your "cottage". It sounds "charming" and most likely in the higher bracket yet real estate wise. |
