LOL I've been a member for a long time and have always gotten off track! I even started my own notebook with the zones and additional info! I love FlyLady. But also have dissociation, stress, anxiety and depression! All of which contribute to the scatterbrainedness!! LOL And the Hypothyroidism doesn't help any of it!!! We found through a computer test for the dissociation that my attention span is about 10 minutes. After that it is like I dropped off the face of the earth.
