I have a ball tucked into a stone wall that Ned 'finds' and I throw for him..we also lay around on the grass and watch the seagulls and listen in the wind to the musical stays of the yachts~every afternoon we drive past the village and along a winding road beside little harbours and where many boats are moored, then walk down a steep hill through the woods to a small, crescent beach. |

Here's an thought for all of you today, as I read my latest book.....Grandfather planted us back into the soil, he knew when an man's feet are removed he loses his sensitivity to the natural world, as he grows deaf to the earth, he no longer understands its language, he destroys. Grandfather knew losing the connection causes an person to no longer care about growing and living things...we are part of that as well... as human beings. We were taught to look close in the earth, to appreciate the little things and find the grand lesson in them... to sit quietly, its wisdom and in it the timelessness of patience and its rewards. where there was an sacred "oness" with all things, we began to know the nature of spirit...that of creation. An melting into that of Godliness all around, everlasting, and it's wonder. |

I joined a gym last year and only went for 6 months because I decided that don't like regimented exercise. We have an exercise bike at home, which I use as often as I remember to! I do a lot of running around at work though! We do eat sensibly but I know I don't exercise as much as I should. |

You sound like me Marianne; I joined a gym, went for about 2 weeks and then never went back...of course, I still had to pay the $45.00 per month for not going. LOL! |
