I would like to add Shirley, that you are a brave and honest person: you show courage by refusing to be beaten down by the difficult issues and health problems you face in your life.

You further demonstrate your honesty and bravery by being able to to post on your personal situation and difficulties. Many people would not have the guts to do what you have done. I know that lots people will admire you greatly because of that.
