Including adult stem cell implants. Go Dr. Christian wilde fo rthat, he's out of Arizonia...but has his own web site. Adlut stem Ceel research makes it an completely "free" procedure right now. Even my handicapped niece's daughter graduated from high school and has had celebral palsey or MS since birth. fro some ne that can't "talk" she let us all know what she "thinks". I must tell you an stroy about her. Their side of the family always has this baseball game every year for the reunion, that year they were having an downtown "dance" and celebration, and I was hoping we could go to it, I don't really play all that much baseball. Well, we have this other sister in-law designated as the "watcher" because she's not up to snuff either in playing baseball..she takes care of an lot of kids also, though I'm not so sure about the taking care of , as simply watching over them. We went to the baseball game and this little gal heard me say, I'd like to go to the "dance" and see what's going on there. while we were at the baseball game, she was getting fussy, and my ohter "watcher" sister in-law, after listening to her groaning and looking at her watch, finally said, Yes, that's my watch, it's such and such time"...then she looked at me and groaned some more, and blinked kind of like "Get out of here if your going to make that dance"...when I realized what it was she was trying to convey to me, I said, No shelly..they would never forgive me if I walked out of there reunion righ tnow...and she kept blinkin g"yes" to me..inleaving..and I kept saying "N-O" quietly back to her...shaking my head. she finally gave up on it, but this goes to tell you that you have to have the need to walk, because she's never walked in her, or not at least without someone being her body for her. But it does not mean you can't do things and "think", she use to have an band around her head hooked to an computer at school, and by how she moved her head, she communicated..and that is how she graduated from High School. But even as an little gal, with the little kids, we'd make cupcakes, and they iced and I put on the marshmellow on it an took her finger and she pushed them on top as I helped guide her hand.. it's just an matter of taking the time with her to include her...and letting things flow "naturally" in everyone's life. We use to gossip making those cupcakes. Little kids an me, I couldnt' beleive some of the things these little kids tell me about how kids thier age can be so mean and tricky to each other. Little Sarah, she says of her pre-school group..."and they wouldn't let this girl play with the rest of them, and I thought that was mean"..and I said, it sounds to me like it was!..she was genuiunely QUITE concerned how mean they were being in forming their little "clique" amoung themselves. Lets see, she was about 4 or 5 years old, somewhere in that age. |

Gives Up! ' Posts: 1934 Joined: 30th Apr 2005 Location: UK | quotePosted at 20:49 on 30th June 2009 Thanks everyone. Sue is right, I do have to keep on just as we have been. I am not going to pity her, but I am going to help her. She almost resigned from work yesterday but our other friend Karen give her a good talking to last night and made her come in today. All she has given me is the symptoms, looking it up on google I think she has MS. I'm assuming she won't say it out right because if she does it will make it real/true. If you get my gist. I just don't want her to give up! She has a great family around her, lots of friends, so I hope she will be fine. Edited by: Babs ' at:30th June 2009 20:50 |

MS can be helped with a good positive attitude so she should listen more to her friends and less to the doctor (who sounds very negative!)! My Dad was never permanently in his wheelchair. He managed to walk around with stick or walking frame and just used the chair for long journeys and some of the people I know with it still walk around fine some of the time - it hits people in different ways. Thinking of her and you.

He has asthma so they will give him treatment but there is as much as a 72 hour wait. Apparantly the rest of us don't qualify for treatment - even little Solomon as it is now only under 3's. Bit scared really at this point in time. Prayers would be helpful. |

However, for those who (as Terry) have asthma and other serious illness you have to be very careful. Take care and lets hope this is over quickly and Terry is back to full health soon. God bless. |

Got the tamiflu treatment this morning - it doesn't do much but it reduces the virus by a day or so. He is asleep most of the time at the moment. It is knocking him about but hopefully he will be OK. Found out that Dudley are treating all people with the swine flu at the moment so the doctor last night gave me some misinformation. Just hoping that the rest of us are immune! Apparently we are not contagious unless we display symptoms so we can carry on as normal for now. |
