Hide from the wife Diana? Easy. I just stand behind the nearest lamp post. It's my version of hide and seek. Lol

My heavens, well, my generation had bikes, fields, and nature, besides cards and board games, and playing dolly, cowboys and Indians, and we played with everything, snakes, bugs, bees, butterflies, snail races, frogs, horses, cardboard building, neighobr had his "Go-Kart", but we also had football and baseball and an host of other things for sports. My son's gneration had swing sets, swimming pool, movies, compter games, baseball, rabbits, cats, dogs, birds, both generations played hide and seek, so is this generation. This generation has more complicated computer games, such as Hero guitar, wii, and they have bikes, but my grandkids have their own ATV's. Before that they had their own electric cars. but with the ATV's they get camping in with it. Everyone I think has had board games and cards now. Astronomy. Science type stuff. Boating and swimming. BBQ-ing. I would say the difference is in what I was allowed to do with nature and what they aren't allowed to do these days. There's less nature in general these days also...more security issues.

Bob,,,,do you remeber the old paper "pop" guns, you held them in the air and whoshed them downwards and the paper made an popping sound. They looked like paper guns for playing cowboys and indians...cops vs the bad guys. We did an lot of street playing also, for one thing the street was the edge of town. It was literally the last street that curved back up to the main street through town. We also climbed trees, but they are hard to find these days old enough to climb and if you do they are the remenants of an old forrest and lower branches aren't there any more. Better go to skate boarding. .
