Then it goes on to tell the other things it seems to help alleviate if you get more sleep. How many hours do you ususally get and is it solid sleep or dreaming?,,,, |

Now I'm working nights, the answer is none of course. Daytime sleep can now be anything from 6 to 12 hours which doesn't seem to make any difference, as whatever it might be, you wake up feeling like you've had none. |

I worked the night shift for about a year when I was much younger and I know what you mean. No matter how much sleep I got I never felt rested. I never did get used to those hours. |

But I had college classes back then after I got home from work, and played housewife in the afternoons, and we belonged ot an travel club with the Elks lodge that took up entire weekends. Now I try to get more sleep but sometimes I'm up most the night long with either "coasttocoast", animals, my health, or kids coming out because they cant' sleep, you do understand ..an crack between the bed and wall might let spiders through to get you in the middle of the night dont' you? Last night I had bad leg cramps and they took thier own sweet time leaving this morning.I had an doctor tell me when I was younger I was not taking care of myself properly and needed more sleep, but tell others that when they mess up your scheduling for one reason or another. So goes... |
