Cell phone debate

Here in Colorado,a little girl was hit on her bike, on her own street in front of her home by a woman on her cell phone.The girl died in her parents arms and the woman admitted she was chatting on her phone and did not notice the girl,she will carry that childs death with her for the rest of her life.

Colorado has a bill on the books to be passed to make it unlawful to use a cell phone while driving,unless used as hands free.

I definately disagree with people who drive and use thier mobile phones. If I am crossing a road and someone is doing just that, I tell them off! I get terrible looks off them but, as they know they are ion the wrong they never say anything back! 

And don't drink and drive.......you'll only spill it!
