Wait an minute....why are witches afraid of fire? I didnt' think you had to be an witch to be afraid of fire....anything used sensibly is as it should be. If witches are afraid of fire, then how come you always see them dancing around campfires? I never met my father in-law but his middle name was "Opal"... the gem stone of fire...and he was born in 1906 (same year as the San Francisco earthquake) though he died when my hubby was about 8 to 10 years old, in that range. I could use an good Shaman, my squash plants now have mold on them for the year... this is not right. I heard it said most modern witches these days live on Martha's Vineyard...and they are terribly wealthy also, beautiful in every way.... guess where Obama went for vacation this year. Yep!...you guessed it.

Well, it's true, I cover it all I guess any more. Kind of an spokeman for everyone at times. My research work leads me into looking into everything lightly. Witches are no exception. You really can't understand people if you don't understand what influences their lives. How do you know an reseravtion "Native American" versus an non-reservation Native American?...the reservation American was "forced" into Catholicism. You can understand their hatred of the "white" system if you understand many times their children were taken from them and forced into boarding schools and "whipped" to not talk nor particiapate in anything considered "Indian"..if the parents refused, they were stripped of their monthly allotment checks for being taken and controlled off thier Native American lands.Yet it is, they are the largest contributor of "Murder" in thier own tribes, for the want of gain and wealth and authority of power. I was once told that I have easily earned an degree in politcal science just from my research work. Knowing things like I do, I can tell just by the name, the beleiveths many of the family of that name hold dear..and their travels. That's how I was able to tell the Williamsburg Foundation the names of unknown and un-makred graves. Whom the people most likely were. I'm always working on something, my thing as of late is tracing down those whom were associated with William the Conquorer. How many of them were Templar Kinghts also. It's taking me considerable time because of the language translations. My mind is rather abstract some days with it all in my head though, that I do agree, it makes me scattered sounding many times.I could use secretaries many times also. I use to have one when I was working, but I'm not working these days..or am I?Smiles*

We have the famous "Bell" witch lived near Lackey's Creek in Tennesse you know. We also have one called "Mrs. Hagerty" also, may been "Hackey" in some areas. I think persoanlly she was into alchemy of embalming people more then an witch, and turned to it, when she lost her husband in Virginia. Most early witches were "healers" of an sort, kind of like we would call "mid-wives"..it was the doctors that decided they were "witches" most the time, so as to gain power over them professionally. Relgions shunned them and of course they were for thier "alchemy" knowledge associated with kettles and potions and lotions,,in an world filled with "pegan" thoughts. Like "gossip" everyone loves an good witch story. Most withces of today are good-lookin sexy gals, not the one with the "wart on the nose" by any means.  Let's face it gals, basic "black" looks good on everyone!. One year for Holloween, I dressed as an cat, my co-worker as the "witch" they loved it when I went into the lunchroom and hung my tail hanging down...on the chair back, and ate my tiny kosher dill pickles I so dearly like. Said it made thier day to see an "dill pickle eating black kitty cat".What could I say but..I love them, they are soooo purrr-fect for lunch!
