I'm reading...and loving...

Life is a Verb...37 Days to Wake Up, Be Mindful and Live Intentionally.

Great book! It has writing excercises in it...which is what I was looking for!!

Yes, I'm getting that way myself Ron, from reading all the books, I worked an bit yesterday on the house, with St. Patrick's Day, and  Easter. I'm out of books for an bit, but I still have an few, one to finish off.... though I read the next sequal in it earlier, so I know what the future holds. One on George Washington so I understand a bit about his life in more indepth. But Intend hopefully to attend to my "physical" here soon. Anyone know of any low-hyperglycemic diet books?
