If the news is bad (and it almost always is) then it sets the tone of my mood for the day. I don't like that. I have decided to skip the news and to give up reading news papers for one month to see if it makes a difference in my over-all thought patterns. I figure, if there is something important that I need to know about then I will hear about it from others. What do you think POE? Does the general negativity of the news affect our psyches?
