You didn't answer Paul!

I did amend it on another thread that Nick Clegg will have a new job during 2011 rather than the coalition being turfed out altogether.

Reading train station will be closed over the Xmas period to allow a huge train bridge to be installed in place of the older one and some signalling work;  part of the station's multi-million pound expansion scheme just starting. I think it was Jan 3rd they said it would re-open.

Here's the story on the BBC Beth; the station upgrading will take some time time of course, and a re-building of the whole area around the station is due to start in 2012.   Old bridge, I don't know. The new bridge is on site adjacent to where it will be installed with around 100 engineers making sure it will go as planned.

And this is what the rest of the scheme will look like that commences in 2012 for redevelopment and spear headed by the owner of Reading football club, John Madjeski.

Paul..I know an guy that has an old bridge made into an lodge for his house...it use to sit over an river and how it got to his yard I'm not sure, but he bought it with the property. It is two stories high easy...the truss run across the celing are huge...and he has an side stairway off each end of it up to lofts...and on the backside, it is one entire greenhouse partly closed off with patio doors if he wishes...and on each end two floor to ceiliing fireplaces and he cuts half log lengths to burn in them from near by forrest. It is awesome to see!!!  He also built on an small kitchen/bathroom off and behind one end of the fireplace and as an entry way ...and the other side of this bridge is three patio doors...looking onto Mt. Adams in Washignton State. The bridge itself sits up off the ground also.  Has an complete outside deck off the three patios towards the mountains...for summer time. Plus he has the small house that was originally there before the bridge...which he made into an guest house...and has built and huge warehouse type structure also. An book author and UFO contactee..his is well known these days...but when I knew him he was just up from California and I stayed with him through the years and listened to everyone tell him he didn't' know what he was talking about most the time. James Gilliand is his name and his "Ranch" is in Trout Lake, Washington...he's on line and has been for an long time. He felt he was compiled to do this after he almost drowned off the beach in California.  He's part of SETI...and hosts hiw own radio show at one time...besides keeping things running and doing seminars. He's been in UFO magazine also.Numerous world wide radio broadcasts. Has authored several books more since then as well. He travels an lot now of course...and I don't see him, but I still hear plenty about him from others.

Well here is a topical prediction. The snow will be gone by December 26th 2010 and the temperature on the day will be a heart warming 12c.

That's the power of POE!

Well, I was a day late and not quite 12c but hey, wasn't far away was I?

What do you think members, was that near enough?
