OK, why can't I find Cathy's sheep tour?

Today I am hosting a birthday luncheon for one of my husband's five sisters. It's a pot luck, so not all the work on my shoulders.

I'm making lemon bars and this really wonderful pizza. The pizza only has diced tomatoes, fresh basil leaves, mozzarella cheese and olive oil on it. It's so simple, and simply delicious.

Sounds Yummy!!!

Hello everyone...I had an "heart" pizza last night along with spaghetti and ceasar salad...strawberry cheese cake. It was pretty good also..Sue's pizza reminds me of watching Julia child over in Italy on Tv one time. They don't make their pizza's over there always into an "Meal" like we do here(everything but the proverbial kitchen sink on it..lol) Had our Steak dinner Friday night, hubby and I..and came home and read an 370 page book..Rule of Four", finsihed it last night. Interesting as they decoded an ancient manuscript...yet the book merserized them also, and they had an couple of murders, an fire, and such for excitment, four Princeton college students taking up where the last generation left off.. Maybe you guys have heard about this book, it is suppsoedly an real book...called the "hyperotomachia poliphill" manuscript from the Renaissance era. The code is broken and the story told of the era it was written. The rule of four was one of the three ways he imparts the story in the code, there are three of them, one like the Bible codes, second one in riddles and the thrid is this rule of four, kind of an location code as in "x" marks the spot eventually...in going four directions.  Now, I'm out of books to read in some ways, unless I pick up again in Cromwell's book...and some history books I have around here. Rainy here, so it was an good time to read the book.

Friday...only one state out of the United States that day didn't have some kind of snow, that was Hawaii...this is an rarity..even the panhandle of Florida it snowed lightly.

by the way.

A merry Monday to everyone. The way snow is falling in the northern hemisphere I am wondering if we will have (the hardly ever before heard of before) snow here, the children would love it, not sure that I would though.

Have a great day

As of Saturday, my 14-month-old granddaughter Eva Lucia has attached a name to me. I walked into the room where she was playing with my wife and she looked at up me, smiled and said "Papa!" That was certainly a jelly-kneed moment for me!
