Given the Irish connections to this film-----Maureen O'Hara----2 of her brothers were in it. And speaking of John Ford, Ken Curtis ( earlier) was his at-one-time son-in-law. |

Ken C was married to Barbara Ford, 1952-64. Trying to keep track of family connections-----Barry Fitzgerald---born William Joseph Shields, brother of Arthur Shields as you mentioned, James. Maureen O'Hara's brothers in it were James O'Hara and Charles Fitzsimons. John Ford's son Patrick Ford, was in it as a stunt double. Looks like Ken Curtis also had a small part as an acordian player.
