I got up at 4 AM to get Irish Soda Bread on the go, and now I'm about to make some Irish Cheddar Soup. Will take these in to work today to share with my work mates. Happy day everyone! |

I can imagine McMeninnen's Pub.. not to far away... will be celebrating tonight with music an ale. I agree with the Irish Whiskey over the ale, but can't drink niether right now. For the record...Did you know that there have been more irish rooted/related Presidents leading the Nation of the USA then any other nationality...maybe that s what's been wrong here lately...laughs* Irish are known for an "friendly" smile, overcoming adveristy of life, living simply, and being "spiritual"...and having rainbows with an pot of gold and tiny wee little guys near by...called Leprecauns.
