Ditto to Urmi - I was passed 50 when I finally found my dream job - what I am doing now - previously I had trained as an Executive Secretary straight from school at my parents insistence (I wanted to go to Art College - but like Peter said above, the message was "there is no future and no money in it and people will not take you seriously you are female)! However, in mitigation, whenever I needed to work - which seems to have been always - I didn't have a problem finding work, however much I disliked having to do it! and for that I must be thankful.  Now I have my reward and can do what I always wanted to.  Never let the dream go!
