Good Day (16)

I've been doing genealogy this week last and I feel like I've been all over England and France and back again. Now I have an nice list of "castles" again to research on...and names. 

Yesterday was the first warm day in 3 weeks, and last night was the Rose Parade's "star-light" parade and did everyone ever turn out on that one..nice evening despite our recent goings on. We have an little boy over here "missing..." last seen early Friday morning at school, they have now callled out the "FBI" on this. His name is Kyron Horman, and is 3 foot 8 inches tall, short brown hair and blue eyed,wears glasses sometimes, with an huge smile, teeth slightly crooked, was last wearing an pair of black cargo pants, black "skeecher" tennis shoes with orange ties, and black T-shirt with an "CSI" logo on it. His picture was taken that morning because he had won an award in an Science Fair at school...its posted now. They claim he knew not to talk to strangers or go with them, he was an second grader...he went to school in West Portland's Skyline Elementary School.  They had everyone out yesterday looking for him..helicopters, police, dogs, citizens..his is now on an nation-wide missing person's list..but you all know, its an small world out there and he could be anywhere. Hope he returns soon. We have been having an lot of "home invasion" burglaries here lately by this Mexican drug cartel "advocates"...I think why they called in the FBI maybe. Since we got robbed recently, I'm making the G-kids tell me when they go to the back yard to play...must seem like an prison to them at times...but when they entered an "shut" gate to do the stealing, you can never be to careful.  Everyone is immensly sadden by this though, as the lady whom took his picture that morning herself was struggling back the tears...in describing him to the news media. Parents to distraught to make an personnel appear on telelvison so far. Would it not be nice if we could re-wind time and stop it from ever have happening to begin with? I remember an movie of "Superman" where Lois, his beloved, he did that for, while she got caught in an earthquake traveling in her car...as otherwise he would of failed to have gotten to her in time. He was able to save her the second "time" around. We sure do need to come up with something to save these little kids from harm. I go for now.  Maybe things be better here soon for everyone?..he's found also.

As if I don't have enough stress in my life I can't even post here anymore without being brought to attention, insulted and have my feelings discounted. Other than that everything is still the same. Still waiting to hear from the State Police.

Oh Cathy, I am so sorry you feel that way!  I didn't see it as a personal attack, I read it more that it explained why your post had vanished, because it was referred to later and didn't make sense once your post had gone! 

But I think it would be great if the situation could be explained simply, so that we can understand the whys & wherefore's and not inadvertently jeopardise POE.
