Its not been a good day for me one way and another CathyML. Despite being out and about, I had to stay reasonably close to a bathroom with an upset stomach.....again! Due to see the Doc tomorrow, reckon I've got a bug that doesn't like me.

It certainly seems like a bug Ron.  Can't carry on like that!  Weren't you in the pest eradication business?  Seems to me you would know how to get rid of it! LOL

Joking aside I am sorry you are not feeling so good and hope the Doc will have a solution for you.  (Pun intended, lol!)

Reminds me of a little story where a 6 foot cockroach was doing the rounds, knocked on a door and as the door was opened the cockroach hit the resident in the face. When the resident got up and told his wife had happened, she said yes I know there have been some nasty bugs about lately. Oh well...lol

Looks like I'm here on POE all on my own.  I think Ruth is the only person closest to me in time, the rest of you are all in bed.

Come to think of it, Cathyml might be up.

Sorry I missed you, Sue.  Just got in.  I think you're an hour behind me this time of year, and in the summer we're on the same time.

Colonial cousins - I love it, James!  But that would be just about everybody on the planet wouldn't it?  Wink

Sorry you're feelin poorly, Ron.   Hope you feel better in the morning.  Could it have been too much Valentine sweets for the sweet?

You haven't had much to talk about James, or are you saying I haven't had much to say, lol.

I am busy trying to recruit more students for my school and painting both for the school and trying to get together enough of my own paintings for an exhibition.  Finding though that there aren't enough hours in the day!

Next Sunday I am off to see a live performance of "Riverdance" - my daughter's christmas present to me.  I'm really looking forward to that - much more than going with my son to the Hard Rock Concert,  I don't think my ears will ever fully recover! LOL.

You will love it, Cathy.  It's fabulous!

Riverdance is indeed an good show to watch...they advertise here when they come to town an usually are an sell out.

Ron, you get the bathroom problem from hitting to much Valentines chocolates...you know they do it to you also. Got to watch how many you consume, esp if they are sugar-free.

We just had an small snow shower go over...just to tell us all our plants now coming up and budding out..that winter is not over yet...not to hurry things I guess. Said we might even have an thunderstorm in the offering later on today...different. Kind of an real sign of "Spring" at times. Wonder if the local Feed store is selling baby chicks and bunnies yet.I know when they do...they consider the season has changed. I have some some seedling trays to start up here soon also. Was thinking of some Spring green onions...scallions perhaps over there...and some parsnips. If I can get them going by March...they take 120 days to mature...and then plant them later on out front to mature as the weather gets better. Might have some by June...or leave them until July to harvest...before summer gets here..and the weather is drier and hotter then. Replant some moreby June and leave them until early October. Will see as time goes.

I've been reading about Aspartame (in place of sugar) and I don't like what I read, yet this poison is in pretty much everything you buy! Wrong, so wrong that it is allowed to happen!
